Greek Yogurt Tartar Sauce is refreshingly light, incredibly creamy, delightfully tangy, and absolutely delicious with all your seafood dishes, roasted vegetables, or on top of anything you desire!

Serves: 1 1/4 Cups
Ingredients:
1 C. Greek yogurt (or a mix of yogurt, sour cream, and half mayo if desired)
2 T. Minced onions
1 Clove or 1 tsp. of minced garlic
2 T. Chopped dill pickles, sweet pickles, or relish
2 T. vinegar (or liquid from the pickle jar), lemon juice, or a light vinegar such as red wine vinegar.
1 tsp. Dried dill
2 T. Capers, chopped
1 T. Fresh parsley, chopped, or 2 tsp. dried
1 T. Dijon Mustard
Pepper to taste
What to do:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. It is best if made the day before or if you let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend.
