Have you tried honey mustard-roasted potatoes? They’re so yummy! I made a homemade honey mustard sauce to go with them and roasted them in the oven until they got all crispy. They’re the perfect side dish for anything!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25- 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. Thyme
1 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
2 1/2 T. Honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C. Advacodo oil or olive oil
1.5 lb. Potatoes, cut into bite size peices
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Combine and whisk the onion powder, garlic, thyme, mustard, salt, pepper, honey, and oil in a large bowl.
Add the diced potatoes and mix until each piece is well coated with the sauce.
Spread the diced potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet. There will be extra sauce at the bottom of the bowl; leave it there and set the bowl aside.
Bake 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and place them in the bowl and mix to soak up the rest of the sauce. Let cool slightly before serving.
