Grilled fruit recipes are some of my favorite desserts. Grilling brings out the natural sweetness and flavor without a lot of extra ingredients. A super easy side dish or dessert option that’s great for summer entertaining!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: This depends on how much fruit you have
Ingredients:
Watermelon slices
Peaches cut in half with pits removed
Pineapple slices
(Or any fruit you desire)
Cooking
Salt
Honey
What to do:
Get your grill going to medium-high heat.
Brush each piece of fruit (the side that will be face-down on the grill) with olive oil and season with a little salt. Cook until you get grill marks on the fruit or it is cooked to your liking.
Remove the fruit from the grill, drizzle with honey, and serve warm.
