Have you heard of Taco Spaghetti? It’s a crazy combo of my families fave dishes – tacos and spaghetti. It’s super yummy, easy-peasy to make, and perfect for a big group. The best part? It’s all done in one pot and ready in just 30 minutes!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef
1 Medium onion chopped
1/2 Green bell pepper, diced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
2, 10-ounce cans Rotel tomatoes
1/3 C. Taco seasoning
3 C. Beef broth
3 T. Tomato paste
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
12 ounces fettuccine noodles
2 C. Mexican blend cheese, or whichever your family prefers
What to do:
Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. When the beef is about halfway browned, add the onions, garlic, and green pepper and continue cooking until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft.
Increase the heat to medium and add the Rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the noodles, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until the spaghetti is tender, approximately 15-20 minutes. Scrape the bottom of the pot several times and stir frequently.
Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover the pot and let the cheese melt for several minutes, then stir in the cheese. Serve and enjoy!
