Ingredients:
3 T. Brown sugar or honey
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
Olive oil, avocado oil, or cooking spray (use an oil you want to coat the fish with).
2 to 3-pound salmon fillet. You can cut this into smaller fillets.
1 teaspoon parsley (fresh or dried)

What to do:
Treat your cooking tray with cooking oil, parchment paper, foil, etc.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and spices; set aside.
If your fish has skin, ensure the skin side is face down on the cooking tray.
Combine the spices in a small bowl. Spray or brush oil over the salmon fillet. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the salmon. Cut into smaller fillets or leave one whole piece. Preheat the air fryer or convection oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5 minutes; you want it nice and hot. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
