Ingredients:
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced very thin
1 small head romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 C. dried cranberries
1/2 C. raisins, golden or dark
1 C. candied pecans, chopped
1/2 C. red, orange or yellow pepper
1/2 C. chopped red onion

What to do:
In a large bowl add your ingredients and toss with half of your vinaigrette. Leave the rest on the table so you and your guest can add more if desired.
