Ingredients:
5 lbs. Chicken thighs, bone in, bone out, skin on, skin off, it’s up to you
4 T. Oil
2 tsp. Smoked paprika
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper, optional and more if you wish 😉
1 tsp. Chili powder
Chopped parsley for garnish
What to do:
In a small bowl add your seasonings except the oil and parsley, mix well.
Preheat oven or air fryer, oven to 400 degrees. For the air fryer follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Place your chicken thighs in a large bowl, drizzle oil over thighs and mix. Making sure to get the oil all over the chicken, this step will help your seasonings stick.
Next sprinkle your seasonings over the thighs also making sure that seasoning covers all parts of the chicken thighs. This will be the yummy part.
Place thighs on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 to 25 minutes. Because ovens and the thickness of chicken thighs differ, the internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees. Garnish with parsley.
