Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 to 25 minutes, depending how big your thighs are
Serves: about 4-6, about two thighs apiece
This recipe can be halved
Ingredients:
5 lbs. Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on, or skin-off, it’s up to you
4 T. Oil
2 tsp. Smoked paprika
2 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper, optional, and more if you wish 😉
1 tsp. Chili powder
Chopped parsley for garnish
What to do:
In a small bowl, add your seasonings (except the oil and parsley) and mix well. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place your chicken thighs in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, and mix, ensuring the oil coats all the chicken. This will help the seasonings stick. Next, sprinkle the seasonings over the thighs, ensuring they cover all parts of the chicken. Place the thighs on a baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Ovens vary, and chicken thigh thickness differs; ensure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Garnish with parsley.
