This Campfire Moscow Mule has deliciously toasted marshmallows perched on top! YUM!! This delightful concoction evokes images of fall outdoor gatherings, treading through the crisp fall leaves, choosing pumpkins, and unwinding by the fire pit while preparing scrumptious s’mores.

Ingredients:
Ice
1 1/2 oz. smoked bourbon, whiskey or vodka (I use smoked vodka, it gives it a crisp flavor)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. pure maple syrup
4 oz. ginger beer
Marshmallows, for garnish, I made homemade marshmallows, they are a step above!
What to do:
Fill up a copper mug, rocks, or wine glass with ice. Pour in your bourbon or whiskey, lemon juice, and syrup, and give it a gentle stir. Finish it off with some beer and give it another stir to mix everything together. Cheers!
