Makes about 4 cups
Ingredients:
3 cups avocado oil or any neutral oil
3/4 cup dried minced garlic
1/2 cup dried minced onions
1/2 cup Korean red chili pepper flakes or dried red chili flakes
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup honey or sugar, more or less depending on taste. You can start with 1/4 cup.
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar. I’ve used other vinegar, and it turned out good also.
What to do:
Heat the oil until it’s nice and hot. In a bowl that can take the heat, throw in the rest of your ingredients. Once the oil is all warmed up, pour it into the bowl and give it a good mix. After it cools down, just pop it in a jar and toss it in the fridge!
