Ingredients:
2 lbs. Crab claws
1/2 C. or 1/2 a stick of melted butter
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt, plus any extra to taste
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pinch of thyme
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
Frozen Claws:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add your claws, cook for at least 8 minutes.
Thawed Claws:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add your claws, cook for at least 5 minutes.
The Butter:
In a small bowl combine all you ingredients while the butter is still warm. This will let all the flavors blend together. Serve warm with cooked claws.
